Intrinsic Factor Positive, Feel Tired, Have Bout Of Muscle Aches And Stiffness. Reason ?

hi. i am intrinsic factor positive. all bloods showing normal including b12 760. i have been really tired lately and had a bout of muscle aches and stiffness..i have read that b12 is not absorbed when intrinsic factor positive. could that be the reason for tiredness. i am waiting for an appointment with a gastric doctor in the meantime can i still take b12. pharmacist said to take Boost Performance as it is has all b vitamins. what do u think. Thank You.

Your level of B12 seems alright and the symptoms you stated is unrelated with your (IFAB) there could be the possibility of deposition lactic acid in your muscles so drink carbonated water (sodawater) if it helps to you or not do not take haphazard decision for taking B12. Have nice day
