Intermittent Pain On Left Chest. Simvastatin Easing The Pain. Suffered Congested Heart Failure

i am having a paain intermitten on left side. i have congested heart failure for several years an have this pain from time to time. i stopped taking my simvastatin 3 days go as it seemed to cause me that pain for about 15 minutests. i took a pill 5 minutes ago an it seems to be calming the intermitten. just wondering if sim prevents this pain. paint hurts but short time

Hello, I have gone through your query. In my opinion, simvastatin does not have effect of decreasing your intermittent pain. Intermittent pain may be due to other problem as you already have history of cardiac disease. Hope this helped you. Thanks.
