In September I Had To Go To The Hospital For

In September I had to go to the hospital for heat stroke while doing concrete work. I spent three days there. I have been pouring concrete for over 25 years and have never experienced a heat related illness. A couple of weeks later my employer released me stating an unrelated reason. Since then I have fallen into deep depression and unable to find work. On top of this, I have not been the same since the heat stroke. I've lost most of my body strength and have been experiencing severe joint pain and fatigue. Can it be related to the heat stroke three months later? I also have type II diabetes.
