I'm An Endurance Athlete Training For A Half Marathon And

I'm an endurance athlete training for a half marathon and have been routinely 20-26 miles a week over the past month and a half with no trouble. Earlier this week after my warm-up mile I ended up experiencing dizziness to the point where I could not walk or stand, distorted vision and stomach cramping paired with violent diarrhea. I ended up having blood work done and it showed elevated AST and ALT results. I'm hardly an alcoholic, but will have 3-4 drinks at a party on the weekend. I'm wondering what could cause an AST of 68 and ALT of 115 in a 27 year old, active female weighing 113 pounds. Also, how I can try to self treat it.
