What Causes Muscle Soreness & Sinus Issues In Athletes?

Been training hard for a half marathon. I am 45- this is my 3rd half marathon and I m in pretty good shaped. Starting drinking First endurance powder supplement drink. After workout I got sick and vomited what looked like chocolate and peanuts. I did have a hershey s bar but the amount of vomit doesn t coincide? I have been experience a bit of sinus issues, and muscle soreness. but I figured thats to be expected. Could I be using the supplement incorrectly or could there be something else wrong.

Hi,

I think its the matter of supplement you took earlier, you may need to change it with another kind and stop what are you taking now.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
