I'm 58 years old in very good health, have a yearly physical and blood wrok. I'm 6'0 and 225. a couple days ago I started having off and on dull pain to my lower right abdomen mostly later in day after 3 pm and today after supper. I also feel like someone kicked me in the balls but not that severe. I did 1 hour of yard work today and lifted weights with no pain twice this week. I have a lot of gas and feel constipated occasionally. The times it has hurt was after I have drove a couple hours. Yesterday, I worked 13 hours and felt great no pain at all. Today I drove 3.5 hours and after supper I'm hurting. I don't see any protrusions and the area does not hurt when I press my hand against it. Felt better when I laid on my stomach. Any advice or ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Dan
