I'm 56, male, slightly overweight but otherwise in good health. However I've had a severe cold for 10 days. Three days ago I had severe stomach cramps which lessened after I took gaviscon and buscopan. My stomach has felt very dodgy since then, along with kidney pain and dark urine. I've been drinking cranberry juice to see if that helps. Just now I've passed stools that floated and looked like mincemeat. Any ideas?
