I'm 51 And In Perimenopause. I'm A Very Fit, Active

I'm 51 and in Perimenopause. I'm a very fit, active person and I eat a clean, healthy diet. I eat plenty of healthy protein at every meal, with vegetables. I have limited fruit. I seldom eat any bread or pasta. I exercise 6 days a week, weight training and cardio. I was diagnosed as hypothyroid in May, and I'm on Levothyroxine and Cytomel, I didn't convert the t4. I have been gaining weight all year and it doesn't make sense. I've been the same weight for a decade and now everything changed. I am not sure if the weight gain is due to the medication or if it's menopause hormones. I started using bioidentical progesterone last month to combat estrogen dominance, which my bloodwork shows. I don't know what to do, nothing works. I'm discouraged and depressed. I haven't lost a pound all years, yet it's my goal every day. The math doesn't make sense. Calories in minus calories out should equal weight loss. But it doesn't... I gain regardless of how it eat and exercise. Please help me!
