I was wondering if I should be SERIOUSLY concerned about either my kidneys or liver. I have a three year drug addiction to methamphetamine. I have smoked the majority of my addiction until a month or two ago when I started using an IV Needle. I have always had a problem over dosing off of really small amounts. But recently I OD and read about Cotton Fever I thought that I might have had that but realized my ex-boyfriend would have had to have had it to. My veins are a decent size and no one has ever had a problem hitting them. But recently they seem to shut down on me almost like there is a clog in my vein. I know that they insert the vein because they pull back blood. Today, both shots I did burned something awful but neither were a miss. One time I broke out in a spot that was lower then where originally hit. I don't understand because Veins flow upwords towards your head/heart. I know that I am dehydrated and have some kind of UTI or infection because my Uran started having a terrible smell to it. I noticed the smell when I was on a sober streak though. I never include water in my diet drugs or no drugs so my Kidneys im sure have had it. But today when I took the last shot I felt my heart beat speed up way more then usual. The shot almost made me choke it burned the back of my throat so much. When the needle was removed I immediately felt burning in my arm. A burn one would fill if their vein was missed. I was high so obviously that wasn't the case but I didn't gain energy I suddenly felt tired or goofy. I knew that I was dehydrated so I drank ice water and got into a hot bath. When I set down in the shower I noticed my toes were blood red and swollen (this wasn't the first time my feet have swelled.)`But when I layed in the bath my feet INSTANTLY began to float to the top of the water. Without forcing them to the bottom of the tub they floated. I had feeling in them but it wasn't full feeling. I then proceeded to look at the rest of my legs and they were discolored and my knees were purple, almost a black or brown. I didn't have feeling in my toes AT ALL, my feet hardly, and even my legs seemed to have a mind of their own. I was told in the past to take VERY HOT baths when you have cotton fever or are OD'ING. So the water was as hot as normal but when I set my body into it I instantly started freezing to the point where I had goosebumps. My finger tips and toes felt like they were a frozen numb you get when you wear tennis shoes in the snow. I washed my body and hair like I normally do but I also urinated in the bath twice which is not like me. There was no holding it, I had noticed earlier that day my urine was so dark almost an orange/brown. I started to look at the water as I set curled in a ball shivering.. and noticed that the bath water was so dirty you couldn't see the bottum of the tub. It wasn't a plain dirt look it was almost like a tint of greens and yellows. One thing that was obvious was that it was not due to body wash or shampoo. I got out of the tub shortly after I realized I was bathing in filth. Even though the bathroom was well heated I got out shivering. I removed the eyeliner from underneath of my eyes as routine but realized the black that surrounded my eyes wasn't coming off. I looked like I was dying, lord knows I felt like I was dying. Goosebumps covered my whole body but I am hot to everyone else's touch. I still have no feeling in my toes and the circulation is still not normal throughout my body. In fact Im sure it has gotten worse. I am drinking water slowly because gulping it takes my breath. My left arm is week as hell and when I move either arm a certain way or hit it, it hurts like a torn ligament or artery. I havent shot in my left wrist at all during this bendge but it is SOO sore. My kidneys feel like they are on fire, my right Kidney worse then my left. I have slight liver pain and a terrible headache. I have also incountered what seems to be an upper respitory infection with snot that is a lime green color. I can breathe and all but its taking more effort then it usually does. All of the veins in both my left and right arm are buldging. Any doctor would think they are perfectly hydrated veins. The middle inside of both arms burn continuosly. I have a dull ache through my whole body but I notice it most in my kneck and arms. Im sure if I could feel my legs they would ache to. My kidneys hurt something awful like I said especially my right one. I never have accidents but have had to change my underwear and pants several times. I wouldn't say I peed myself because I didn't feel it until it ran down my legs and it was clear. The discharge did manage to bleack the toilet seat from green to a bleached looking yellow. It also had the die in fabrics spreading... My feet swell more and more and tend to tingle but I also noticed the skin around my toe nails pealing back. Recently I have been able to cut my toenails down any length and not feel a thing. I have had slight chest pains that I would guess is coming from my heart. My chest has a lot of pressure on it which im not sure what could be causing that. I have also aqquired a headache piercing behind my eye balls and in the back middle of my head. My lips have already started cracking and despite the water I have been drinking I am getting sores in the inside of my mouth. I could probably fall asleep but im scared to....
