Suggest Remedy For Seriously Bruised Knee

I have a serious bruised knee. The swelling as gone down within the last couple of days, but the bruise is spreading. I am able to place all my weight on the knee and i can walk on it almost normal. However there is still some swelling. Should i be concerned? Or continue the knee healing process i ve been doing?Thanks.

Hi,

I think you must have injury that caused bruise and swelling. Take rest. Take anti inflammatory and analgesic drugs like....etocoxib120mg daily for few days. Apply thrombophob oint on the bruised skin.
