I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism a little over 10 years ago and am now 31. I have been on the same dosage of levothyroxine(.25 I believe) from the beginning but in the last few months to a year I have experienced worse and worse symptoms. I guess my question is how often is suggested to get tested for adjusting dosage? Is there anything more I can do to counteract symptoms?
