Get thyroid tested and opt for brisk exercise avoid fats and have more vegetables. Veg. like brocolli which fill your stomach but are low on calorie diet can help you. avoid fast food and sweet.Keep your bowel clear. Have trifla at night and medohar guggul 2 tab. bd

Play good no of games like cricket, football, basketball, tennis anything that you enjoy, You can easily reduce. Also do not go for high fat and junk foods. These 2 tips shall make a difference you.
