I suffered what much later was diagnosed as " subchondral fracture of the right medial femoral condyle" at work late in the afternoon by squatting sharply to pick up a pen from the floor. I started to limp immediately with sharp pain Is it possible to work in a Laboratory involving bending long periods of standing and frequent use of staircases before this and show no symptoms to fellow workers in the Laboratory
