I Started Hurting On My Left Side Under My Rib Cage, Please Help

Yesterday I started hurting on my left side under my rib cage,hurts when I push in on it. I have been running a low grade temp tonight and last night. I am having chills also. I am not going to the bathroom right I do know that. Should I see a doctor immediately ?
