I recently lifted a box of water Wednesday of 24, 24oz waters since then i have serve back pain i cant sit straight i cant move side to side and i cant get out of bed after laying down once i get up i cant even breathe from the pain i also noticed that my right foot goes numb at night which is also the side of the back pain what could it be? I didnt go to the dr because i figured i might of just strained my back and would be fine next day but its been 3 days
