Hi,

PROBABLE DIAGNOSIS : united / malunited fracture of head of metacarpal

Since its already been 2 months and since u don't have pain it was probably a undisplaced fracture which has united. That thing which moves is a tendon which is a normal finding. The bigger size is due to callus formed during the union of the fracture.
