Could I Have Broken My Bones In The Hand After Punching A Wall?

I punched a wall a few days ago and immediately the next morning my hand was swollen and bruised around 3 of my knuckles. Yesterday i noticed that I have a quick, sharp pain go through my hand when i grab the steering wheel the wrong way. I also noticed that if i move my finger up and down, it painfully creaks. i have a high pain tolerance so it isn t unbearable, its just uncomfortable. Do you think i could have broken my knuckle?

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Fracture is unlikely but contusion is possible.
As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief.
You can consult an orthopaedic and plan for an X-ray to rule out fracture.
Wishing all the best.
Thanks
