I need help I have a very painful feeling throughout my nerve endings that's like sharp pins and needles. I keep getting goosebumps / chills and extremely hot throughout my upper body including my chest, neck, and arms. I feel hot all over my body but mainly, the heat seems to be the highest around my upper body.
I have pre existing carpel tunnel and nerve damage in my left wrist. This evening while in the kitchen, I picked up a pot and experienced a pop feeling (similar to the sound and sensation of when one cracks their knuckles). During that exact moment, I experienced a sharp sensation shooting up my entire arm and up to my neck. An hour after that happening, I am still experiencing tingling and numbness throughout my entire body with the tingling and numbness heightened in my hands.
