I Have What Was Originally Thought To Be Ringworm, That

I have what was originally thought to be ringworm, that started on my chest near my collarbone, then spread to my stomach, chest, back, legs and feet, while being treated with an antifungal topical med. I have since been treated with 2 types of oral message, lamasil and terbinafine, also another topical called econazole. This has been ongoing for months. I thought the spots were going away, but now they getting dark red again. On my last dr visit, they said it was not ringworm and that if 4weeks of terbinafine didn't stop it I'd have to see Dermatology. The wait to get in for a new patient visit is several months. The worst are oval to round with a darker slightly raised outer perimeter and dark pink to red but smooth in the centers. Any ideas? I've also been tested for Lymes and it's negative.
