I Have Som Concerns Regarding My Testosterone Levels. My Bloodresult

I have som concerns regarding my testosterone levels.
My bloodresult is as follows:
P-Testosterone(6.0-35.0) 7.2
Although my levels is within the range given by my doctor, I wanted to double check.

My guess was that P-Testosterone levels is measured in nmol/L, I've converted to ng/dL here:
Testosterone 207.7ng/dL
This value seems to be significantly lower than usual charts for men age 24, which seems to be in the range of 300-1000ng/dL

"Below 300 ng/dL total testosterone is an average assessment of low testosterone. Average free testosterone levels results here can show if the problem lies in testosterone not being able to break free from the protein binding, or if it is just that the overall amount of testosterone in the serum is enough to support the needs of the androgen receptors."

Free testosterone levels, and SHBG are as follows:
SHBG (8-60) 15.2
P-Free Testosterone-index (2.4-10.5) 4.7

My question is, could you help determine wether or not my values are winthin a healthy range, and if not does it have anything to do with "if the problem lies in testosterone not being able to break free from the protein binding" ?
Thanks in advance - Even
