I have severe pain in my front teeth, i have choose many option but none is effective, suggest me what to do.

you havent mentioned your options that you tried. however here are some common reasins for pain.
1. tooth decay remedy: get an xray done and then you may need a filling or root canal to solve your problem
2. gum disease remedy: get a tooth cleaning done and treatment for sensitivity
3. trauma and attrition remedy: isolate the reason and remove it
kindly give me some info about the nature of the pain, how long you have had it, whether you get the pain at night etc

consult a dentist soon. pain from a tooth has variable reasons. the cause should be found out symptomatically and clinically to eradicate it. take a x ray of the tooth being painful and get treated by a dentist appropriately. take care

You havnt mentioned the cause of the pain... are there caries in your teeth or inflammed gums or some calculus deposition or its sensitivity to cold?
better visit your dentist and get a proper diagnosis done.

You have not mentioned whether your teeth has decay or fractured or has mobility.It has to be examined by a dentist and an X-ray should be taken to determine the problem and accordingly treatment can be told.
