I Have Just Been Diagnosed With Pancreatic Lipomatosis Via A

I have just been diagnosed with pancreatic lipomatosis via a CT scan done as a result of a pain in my back just above my waist. Last August I had a complete hysterectomy because of a biopsy showing endometrial cancer, serous and clear cell carcinoma which also spread slightly to the cervix. The upper and lower nodes were also removed; follow-up treatments were 5 chemo treatments and 3 radiation treatments, the last chemo was Dec.29,2015 and the pain in my back started suddenly on Jan. 22,2016. What would you advise that I do now?
