what is the life expectancy of a person suffering pancreatic lipomatosis with severe malabsorption- a whipples pancreatoduodenectomy was performed for supposed chronic pancreatitis - removal of part of jejunum for possible carcinoid tumour- histology showed pancreatic psuedohypertrophy lipomatosis- lost or 30kg in weight- aged 45yrs been ill for 3yrs-diabetes from surgery-palpitations on movement-chest lymphadenopathy-glaucoma-severe pain when eating-severe steatthoreah-sweats at night and when eating

Well come to HCM
The patient seems to have multiple pathologies due to metastasis, if the process of the disease is rapid then prognosis would be poor and if this is slow and not invading the vital system then patient survive up to normal life, hope this helps.
