I Have Hypothyroidism And Have Been Ttc For Four Years

I have hypothyroidism and have been ttc for four years and have had one round of failed IVF. My periods are regular and last three days. This month I ovulated around the 29th Feb. I had pinkish discharge on the 16th March but nothing since. I had sore breasts from the 11th when I was expecting AF. They are still sore but nowhere near as bad. I have done two tests but both are negative. Should I call my Dr because of my thyroid or is it safe to wait a few more days to test again?
