Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have history of Osgood Schlatters from age 11 I am now 55 son to be 56. I still have the OG bump. 4 months ago started having pain and swelling in knee tested for Rheum and other arthritis - MRI results given today - synovitis with joint effusion - patella -femoral chondromalacia rated grade 3-4 and fraying and degeneration of the medial meniscus - what is considered treatment for this - or is there any? Could the OS have been a factor in creating these conditions?
