I have had chronic cold urticaria since I was 5. I am now 41, and last year I began experiencing both tingling in my hands and pounding heartbeat. Both those symptoms I have remedied with iodine supplements daily. I also recently discovered that wheat gives me diarrhea. Once I had given it up for a few weeks I tried it again and WOW! It was explosive, my friend.
So here is my question. I am wondering if there is a possible link to either a thyroid problem (runs in both sides of the family) or to celiac disease, and also if there is a known connection between both of those things.
