I have had a series of lumbar region back injuries over the past 6 or 7 months, but I will now discuss the two that seem to be the worse. I'm about 215 pounds and in August I sustained a high energy fall directly on my buttocks on concrete. Last night although my back was still sore, I lifted and carried a 25 inch heavy analog TV and injured my lumbar region very severely, causing intense pain of a both grinding and shock like nature... horribly painful. I even felt an electric like trauma to my head... the whole incident was and is extremely traumatic. I am still in a great deal of pain...what happened and what should I do.
