I have had a condition at the base of my spine, top of my butt crack for a couple of months. Doctor first said fungal infection, gave me Latricia Rx cream and that helped som. Later, gynecologist said contact dermatitis and gave me steroid cream. Dermatologist said likely bacterial infection and gave me another cream and later c-flex meds. Skin in some types rough, both AIDS of crack right wher crack stops. Two small bumps on one side can be painful to sit on and intensity varies. Sometimes it feels so eat numb in this small area. What should my next step be to get relief ? Please help.
