I Have Had 22 Inches Of My Intestines Removed About

I have had 22 inches of my intestines removed about 2 years ago and every since I have had cronich pain in my abdomen. I have had a colonoscopy to see what could be causing the pain and the doctor found nothing. the one thing he did tell me was I had muscle and nerve damage from the surgery. I now see a pain management doctor and have been for the last year or so. I am frustrated with waking up every morning with severe pain in my stomach. when I awake in the morning I take my meds. and it reduces the pain but I carry it with me all day. At night time after my meal I start hurting severely again and have to take more pain meds. before bed time to relieve it enough so I can rest. I can no longer sleep in my bed I sleep in a recliner which as you can imagine puts a strain on the relationship with my wife. If I sleep in my bed the pain is so severe I can hardly get out of bed. I would like some suggestions on what to do about this misery I face every day of my life.
