Had Pacreactomy, Head Of Pancreas Remain, Damage To Spleen. Small Part Of Intestines Removed. Consequences?

My brother had a pacreactomy 5 years ago. All that remains is the head of the pancreas . There was also damage to the vascular structure of the spleen and he had 6 inches of his large intestines removed. I recently learned that he has been drinking alcohol again. What are the consequences, in simple terms, of him drinking? What is his potential mortality?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Continuing alcohol further is definitely going to be fatal

You must stop his drinking

Consulting a psychiatrist or getting admitted to deaddiction centre

Earlier you consult / take steps for this better would be the outcome

If he continues alcohol mortality is high
