I have extreme pressure in my upper abdomen. I was doing a core exercise that you can do in the am or pm. I’ve done this last two days cause it seemed pretty easy. Could this be a symptom of heart attack or did I stress my my upper abdomen with the core exercise? I had 8 strokes in March 2015. I take warfarin and I’m embarrassed to say I have not checked my blood work for roughly 2 months.
