I have dry skin, and a few freckles no big deal I'd think but recently I've had bad symptoms and then little freckles started appearing allover my body mainly my shoulders then lightly over my upper arms and a few on lower arms. a dry spot on my knee appeared. irk if I should be concerned as I hardly go outside and usually when I do my shoulders and upper arms also I wear pants mainly I'm always covered even in summer typically should I get tested?
