I have been on and off sick for about a month now. I have a hard, painless swollen lymph node about the size of a walnut in my neck, its been there for about a week. I am very fatigued even after sleeping for 10+ hours. I wake up with night sweats and difficulty breathing/pressure feeling on my chest. I don't have much of an appetite and get full very easily and quickly, as well as being constipated. I have been having vertigo when I move my head to the side and am unable to focus on schoolwork. I have had a low grade fever on and off. I had a surgery for cecal volvulus last April, and have been having some abdominal pains. I am on venlafaxine ER and have been for 2 months, but increased dosage a month ago. I went to the emergency room last weekend but they could not find anything wrong, and I was sent home with Zofran and Vicodin. I have no idea what this could be and if I am worrying over nothing.
