feb. 19/2011 my 8 yr old son woke up this morning throwing up. I checked his temp. it read 100.5, 15 mins. later, I took it again and now it s 101.? should i take him to see a doctor?

Hi,
You must consult a child specialist as soon as possible. In the mean time you must give cold sponging to the child to lower his fever. You must also give plenty of water and fluids too. If the child can take medicine orally you can give paracetamol too. Take care.
