I have been ill for 4 years with Mongellons ,poss lyme. I am beginning to get better. One thing still bothers me. I can go all day and not eat, no appetite. Also when I do eat, and it only has to be an apple, that I get so exhausted that I have to sleep, even tho I may hav e slept all night and awaken feeling good, but in 4-5 hrs I HAVE TO SLEEP. During my illness my immune system had decreased, but has been getting better. I have had a neg test for celiac disease, one test for gluten was neg and another was Pos. for allergies. I have not eaten bread in 3 years. what other test are available. Female age75
