I have been having strange dizzy spells where my right side feels heavy and seems to be pulling me to the side. Luckily I was able to sit down. I then feel nauseated and very weak, even when I lay down I feel like something inside my head is moving. The room is not spinning, it's inside my head, which I know sounds crazy. I then feel very tired and lethargic. I have also been having headaches and a lot of congestion which I thought was from sinus and allergies, but now not so sure.
