I Have Been Having Intermittent Discomfort Just Below The Jugular

I have been having intermittent discomfort just below the jugular notch for about 3-4 weeks. Improves while I'm eating or drinking. Not present when I first wake up, but comes shortly thereafter. On thyroid med for hypothyroid, GERD med (last endoscopy 3-4 yrs ago WNL. Should I be concerned or see my Doc?
