Well im 3 1/2months pregnant and i woke up with really bad lower stomach pains. Everytime i get one i have to stop what im doing to sit down. Lately ive been getting really dizzy like im going to faint and i get really pale and feel like vomiting(usually dont though). Well i got like this about and hour ago and i vomited. Then about 15 mins later i had diarrhea and since then I havant felt any better. Dont have a fever though. Idk if I should go to the hospital. Advice ?
