I have been diagnosed years ago as having ostoarthiritis. I am a stocker at Walmart and one night though I am always in pain despite arthritis medicine or pain patches; I move rather fast and then afterwards it will set me back a few days. Like one night good on a big load and then the next I can only get up from the floor by pulling up on something. It seems my legs tighten and looks like a new born horse trying to find his legs. With the good one night and bad the next though I exercise and try to eat as good as possible could this lead to RA? Or can I exercise more aggresively despite the pain and get rid of it?
