Are Tingling Feeling And Bumps That Are About An Inch Wide Signs Of Shingles?

I have a tingling feeling & about an inch wide of bumps that look like mosquito bites. I had the Zostrex vaccine about 3 or 4 years ago. Does this sound like shingles? Also, I understand my wife & I should get the new vaccine, but not while a rash is present. Please advise. Thanks

Shingles can precede with tingling sensation followed by water filled vesicle and redness grouped in a specific location.
