I have a small cyst on the top of my head. It has been there for years, as long as I can remember actually, but I have never had it looked at because it doesn't hurt or bother me at all and has never grown. However, recently I have had a few grey hairs appear around the cyst. I colored my hair and as it's grown out, I have a much larger patch of grey hair. I am 24 years old and I know this can happen with age but I'm just wondering if it is a coincidence that the grey hair is only growing around the cyst, or if that is a typical symptom. Also; if the cyst is removed, will the hair grow back in as a normal color?
