Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to the bee sting. I suggest using an antihistamine such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily. I also suggest using Calamine lotion for local application and cold compresses.

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
