I have a large bunion on my left foot. I stand on my feet at my job on concrete floors. I have gotten to the point I have severe pain. By the end on the day I am in terrible pain to just walk to my car and into my home. I also have planters fascist in my heel on the same foot. I try the stretching exercises and they help a little. I can't afford to quit work but the pain is almost unbearable some days. Should I have surgery on the bunion. I really need relief. Thx, Evelyn Hawkins, Tupelo Ms
