I have a cyst on my head that formed after taking several knocks on that part of my head. I has grown since it formed. What kind of physician should I see to have it removed? Will my dermatologist do it? I do not have a "surgeon" on my medical team.

I have a cyst on my chin. The doctor thinks it s an acne cyst (even though I m 19 and have never had a cyst before). I ve been on an antibiotic for about 2 weeks. After 2 days on it, the cyst was basically gone, I could only feel just a little fluid under the skin. Now, while still on the antibiotic, it s getting bigger and to the surface and visible again. What is going on? Is it trying to form a head and leave? What can I do?
I had a MRI done on my right wrist and the findings was I have a small ganglion cyst measuring 4x7x5 mm near the radial styloid and a mild degenerative cyst formation in the lunate, the MRI was after I had surgery, what causes the cyst and could there be more forming?
Hello, I recently started a new job and have no time off to go to the doctor. I am hoping to find some advice here. My bosses are very strict, I have requested time off and was denied until my first 90 days are completed because I do not have benefits yet. I have a large (about pea sized, today it is even bigger) reoccurring lump on my chin. I ve had three now in the last 3 months. The first one I squeezed so hard, it never popped, the area turned bright red, extremely irritated, and scabbed and bruised and after about a month went away. The second one, I read online could potentially be a cyst, I heated up my sewing needle and pierced my skin (horrible idea I know, I actually found even online doctors agreeing to do this). It bled a lot, and eventually went away again. Both leaving small purple scars. Yesterday, the third one formed and in the exact same spot. Rapidly overnight it grew in size. This morning, it was twice the size and twice as painful. It is under the skin, easily irritated, and very painful to the touch. If I turn, you can see the lump in my profile. I researched online and only came up with cysts or abscess. It is not a pimple, it never comes to a head and not able to pop it. It is the same area on my chin every time. The area is only a little red but whatever it is- is completely under the skin. I am trying to think of anything I ve done that could affect my skin, I started a job in North Philly in June and am constantly walking through the factory full of dust and debris. I also began taking diet pills about 2 months ago and did notice I was breaking out more and more than ever before. I stopped the pills on Friday. I began birth control 4 months ago as well. I am 23 years old.
