I have a condition where my head heats up , gets a very high fever, but only my head not my body. My face goes very red and it develops to the point of heat stroke, where all heat stroke symptoms occur. If I am not able to cool my head down quick enough then it gets to the point of passing out. I have been able to regulate it in the past and have only had one incident where I passed out but fell into a lake that I was trying to get to , to cool down. I came too almost right away in the water and was able to cool myself down. My body does not sweat at these times ,only my head. If my feet get hot it can bring on this condition. I do not have high blood pressure but do have fibromyalgia.
