I have a Very Tiny bump on bottom of testicle on left side. It is only the one bump and is painless and barely noticeable. It is also soft. I accidentally used hand soap about a week ago that made the skin on my testicles dry up and get flaky. I also have used many products such as Baby oils and lotions and different body washes as well as sweating from humidity and taking hot showers. I am sexually active for the first time in 3 years and haven't been very sexually active in my life. I've only had unprotected sex with my partner 3-4 times and we are both hygienic people. I also wear tight briefs instead of boxers due to Dr. Recommendation. Could this just be a clogged pore? An ingrown hair from shaving? A pimple? I don't feel like it's any STI or anything like that to worry about, but I am curious to what it could be. Thank you very much
