I had sandwich for my breakfast. About an hour later i had a banana.
2 hours later I went outdoor to make an important call(recently malaysia is cover with haze), but after ending the call, sitting in front of my pc to continue with my work. I starting to feel a bit dizzy and the feeling of wanting to vomit.
