I Had A Total Knee Replacement 2 Years Ago And

I had a total knee replacement 2 years ago and need the other knee done. I have been using a cane but try not to use it at home or in the office at work. however even when my knee is not hurting I don't feel comfortable or balanced when walking. I do have a mild case of MS and my Neurologist does not ever see me in a wheelchair which is good. but when I questioned him on the balance he didn't think it was so much my MS as it was my knees or weak hips. I want to get the other knee done but am worried it wont help my situation
what can I do to regain some normal walking
