I go days at a time where I am just in a zone. Like I can't feel or taste anything. The only way I notice is if I focus on what I'm doing really hard. Like I won't know I'm touching cotton until I look down and see the shirt In my hand. Or I'll be driving and won't know I'm driving until I focus really hard. What going on with me
