Before you speak take five seconds to think about what is about to come out of your mouth. This five seconds will keep you from the guilt after the fact. Better said than done but if you are seeking help to change then you have to be ready to make the effort to change the behavior. Some might say meditate more to bring more calm in your life. While I agree with this you might think that you have to take a lot of time to do so however it can be done in 10 seconds just by taking a moment to breathe and focus. Think about each time you turn your car off you take that ten seconds to breathe and recenter/focus yourself. Waiting on an elevator, etc. There are many opportunities within a day to calm yourself. Sounds like you just need to find some peace in your life and by "slowing your roll" you will indeed find you can control your anger and your life.
